L.E.A.P. / ALOP Program

To help all students succeed, some benefit from enhanced educational resources. Alternative Learning Opportunities Programs (ALOPs) are here to boost school attendance, academics, and student well-being by removing barriers and providing necessary support directly on school grounds.

The L.E.A.P. (Leading, Educating and Partnering in Schools) Program, offered by the Regional Office of Education 26, supports students in grades 4-12 in McDonough, Hancock, Fulton, and Schuyler counties.

Our onsite Student Advocates are dedicated to building strong relationships and fostering positive engagement with both eligible students and their families. They not only offer academic and attendance support but also infuse social-emotional learning throughout the school day through setting and accomplishing desired goals through Student Success Plans.
