Child & Family Connections #13

CFC is an early intervention program that serves infants and children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk of developmental delays. CFC assists families across nine Illinois counties with their children's adaptive, cognitive, communication, physical, and emotional needs.

We assist in identifying, planning, and providing services for children in need of our care. We provide in-home evaluations and therapy sessions, create personalized therapy sessions for you and your family, and monitor progress with 6 month check-ups.

Developmental Screenings

A developmental screening is a snapshot of how your child is doing in the following areas: Communication, Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Problem-Solving, and Personal-Social.

Developmental Screenings are available for children birth to age 3 at no cost to families.

For referrals, call Joanna at 309-575-3242.
