Please complete the steps below to join the ROE26 IRIS Collaboration.

Step 1

Review the following documents and discuss with your organization how you want to set up your IRIS dashboard. Decide between Option A or Option B. Next, consider how your organization will gain consent from a family in order to create a family profile for them within IRIS and make referrals. Lastly, review the community standards and data use document. Each organization will agree to these guidelines before joining IRIS.

Step 2

Complete the IRIS Organization Access Form. If you choose option B for your organization, this form will need to be completed for each program you want added into IRIS.

Once you have completed the IRIS organization form, we will begin building your accounts in IRIS. We may reach out to you if we have questions. Once everything is ready, we will let you know that you can log in and electronically sign the data use agreement. 

All new users will be required to complete the new user training. They can do this by watching the video below.
