This training gives participants a deeper understanding of how trauma can influence behavior and emotional responses. This training explores the connection between past trauma and present challenges, equipping attendees with practical strategies to de-escalate situations when tensions begin to rise. Ideal for professionals working with children, community members, or anyone who may interact with individuals impacted by trauma, this session offers valuable skills to foster empathy, safety, and effective communication in any setting.
