Series 1: Making the Teacher Evaluation Process Worth-It In the "New Virtual Normal for Now" (IAA 3688 Credit Available) What: This three-part ZOOM series will provide new and veteran evaluators with the non-negotiables of WHAT to focus on for VIRTUAL or IN PERSON evaluation observations and conversations in this New Normal. Evaluators will load up their evaluation toolkit with tips-n-tools on HOW to make each aspect of the required evaluation process worth-it for BOTH the educator and the evaluator. Before each session, participants will be provided with pre-learning resources to maximize the ZOOM learning process. Between each session, participants will "try out" the evaluation content/skill/tool(s) so that by end of the three sessions, each participant with have developed their own "worth-it" teacher evaluation approach no matter which PLAN A, B, or C is used in school! Who: Principals, Assistant Principals, and Central Office Administrators
