Congratulations to Our Newest Youth Mental Health First Aid Graduates!

Please join us in congratulating our newest class of Youth Mental Health First Aiders! Through the Professional Development Consortium at the Regional Office of Education #26, with support from Area 3 SEL Hub funding, this outstanding group of educators, school staff, and community members earned their Youth Mental Health First Aid certification.

These participants showed up, leaned into meaningful conversations, and dedicated their time to becoming a stronger safety net for the young people we serve throughout the ROE26 and ROE33 service areas.

Supporting the mental health of our youth isn't always easy, but having caring adults who know how to recognize the signs of a mental health challenge, listen without judgment, and connect young people to appropriate support can make a life-changing difference.

Thank you to each of these individuals for investing in our students and helping create schools and communities where every young person feels seen, heard, and supported.

Congratulations to our newest Youth Mental Health First Aid graduates! We are grateful for your commitment to making a difference.
