The McDonough County Community Quality of Life (QCLC) Advisory Committee is Seeking Nominations

The McDonough County Community Quality of Life (QCLC) Advisory Committee is seeking
nominations for any McDonough County citizen working in an Educational settings who has contributed to maintaining or improving the quality and safety of life in McDonough County through their exceptional and impactful efforts during the 2021-2022 school year.

This award is for individuals who have never been a recipient of the CQLC's award in the past.

Nominators, please include your name, address, and telephone number for verification.

Submissions should either be a one page typed narrative as to why this person/organization deserves this award OR simply click this link and complete the nomination online: http://tinyurl.com/qualityoflife22

 The awards will be presented on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at a reception held at Wesley Village Community Center. The event will begin with a social from 4:30-5pm, and the awards being presented at 5pm.
