The Youth Task Force of the McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee is seeking to recognize youth of McDonough County. Nominations are open to all school aged children enrolled in public or private schools.
Nominations are now being accepted from residents, organizations, school officials, teachers and school staff who believe a student, a group of students, or a student organization which need to be recognized for their actions in the service of others demonstrating their commitment to improving the quality of life for residents of McDonough County.
If you do not choose the on-line nomination format, nominations should be legible or typed and limited to a single sheet of paper. Contact information should include name, address and telephone number of nominator for verification.
We appreciate no family nominations.
Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, March 27, 2020
Notification will be given the week of April 6th.
