Youth Task Force of the McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee is seeking to recognize youth of McDonough County

The Youth Task Force of the McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee is seeking to recognize youth of McDonough County.   Nominations are open to all school aged children enrolled in public or private schools.

 

Nominations are now being accepted from residents, organizations, school officials, teachers and school staff who believe a student, a group of students, or a student organization which need to be recognized for “their volunteer actions in the service of others demonstrating their commitment to improving the quality of life for residents of McDonough County.”

 

Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, March 30, 2018.

Notification will be given the week of April 9th.

 

Awards will be presented at the local School District Awards assemblies this spring if applicable.

 

You can submit nominations through our Youth Task Force Nomination Form or submit written a nomination. 

 

Written nominations should be no longer than one page.  Nominator should include their name, address, and telephone for verification.   We would appreciate no family nominations.
