PD HOURS: Total for all sessions - 44 PD Hours or 38 PD Hours + 1 AAC
Human-centered development is a holistic approach to cultivating leaders who prioritize the personal and professional growth of both themselves and their teams. It goes beyond standard management training by integrating emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and ethical decision-making into the leadership framework. Looking for opportunities to build stronger connections with your school communities (students, parents, teachers & admins) the HGL collaborative is the perfect place to start. This cohort meets monthly starting in October.

Jan. 14 - Organizational Success & Foundations of Psychological Safety

April 15 - School Climate's Impact on Sense of Belonging & Communities
May 13 - Action Planning - Next Steps - Wrap-Up
Note:
- Must attend all sessions to receive either 44 PD Hours or 38 PD Hours + AAC
- Hold June 10th in case a Make-up Day is needed
- Registration fee includes participation in every session, materials, supplies, and lunch
