• CJ Reynolds, the keynote speaker from Day 2 of the 2025 ICEARY Conference, is helping us wrap up the school year and transition ourselves and our students into summer break - a season that can hold a lot of uncertainty, stress, fear, and changes, in addition to excitement and hopefulness.

• Tools for guiding students (and yourself) through seasonal shifts—emotional, academic, and environmental.
• Strategies for working with students in trauma, transition, or burnout—ways to lead with empathy without losing your edge.
