Finding balance, managing stress, and maintaining a strong sense of self are essential for building resilience and longevity in the field. This 1-hour professional development session will explore the power of self-awareness and core values to promote emotional well-being in the classroom. This session will provide practical takeaways that new teachers can implement immediately to foster resilience and maintain their passion for teaching.
