• A group of teachers and paraprofessionals who share a passion for early childhood education. They desire to learn more about best practices through regular (bi-monthly) interactions as a community.
  

Training Objectives:

• • strengthen teamwork 

  • reduce feelings of isolation 

  • improve professional practice

  • provide personal growth

  This CoP will provide individualized support that actively engages teachers and paraprofessionals at bi-monthly group sessions throughout the school year.
