  • The goal of Restorative Practices is to develop community and to manage conflict and tensions by repairing harm and restoring relationships. When schools use this framework to engage and support students, better relationships are built and are easier to repair when things go wrong.

These weekly coaching sessions are for school staff that are wanting to embed Restorative Practices into their work with staff and students. Each week we will explore the fundamentals of Restorative Practices, practice the skills within the group, and then identify ways to utilize the skills throughout the school day.
