The Night Before (NB4) training highlights the importance of recognizing the signs of trauma and addressing students' needs to prevent adverse outcomes while creating a safer school environment.
The NB4 also examines how secondary trauma may impact school professionals, providing strategies for managing stress responses.
Participants will be immersed in a domestic violence case and will work collaboratively to understand the core concepts for understanding traumatic stress in children & families utilizing the Problem-Based Learning framework for improving critical thinking skills.
