David Bartlett

David Bartlett has more than 40 years in education. Before retiring, Dave served as the Director of Athletics/Activities for the Macomb Junior/Senior High School and as a Mentoring Coordinator for the entire district. Dave specializes in supporting, training, and mentoring new teachers and in-service programs for Athletic Directors & Coaches,

Teresa Brown-Carlock

Teresa Brown-Carlock has worked in the special education field for over 35 years. She offers support and professional development in the paraprofessional exam prep, short-term sub training, coaching and mentoring educators/staff, and youth mental health first aid.

Jessica Donaldson

Jessica is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She is passionate about supporting educator wellness and specializes in social and emotional learning, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices/youth mental health first aid.

Kate Mallory, M.S.Ed.

Kate McGruder has worked in the Early Childhood field for over 20 years and is currently the Grant Director and Parent Educator of the family support program called Early Beginnings through the ROE 26.  She specializes in early childhood and trauma-informed educational processes.

Melissa McNicholas

Melissa McNicholas has worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 15 years and is currently the Early Childhood Behavioral Health Consultant for ROE 33. She specializes in Early Childhood Development and Early Childhood Mental Health.

Joe McQueen

Joe McQueen has spent over 20 years working in education. He specializes in behavioral management/ analysis, trauma-informed care, and group norms and dynamics.

Tina Stier

Tina Stier has devoted more than 35 years to education and is a retired administrator and Curriculum Director from Abingdon-Avon #276. She specializes in school improvement, curriculum development, and instructional coaching.
