Through engaging discussions and practical applications, participants will:
- Discover how consistent, positive relationships impact student success.
- Learn the power of regulation, relation, reason and restoration between students and adults.
- Learn to implement restorative language to encourage accountability and growth.
- Explore behavior strategies within the classroom that support students struggling with engagement and conduct.
- Gain insight into the Social Discipline Window and how it informs behavior support.
- Understand the Compass of Shame and how students' responses to conflict influence classroom dynamics.
- Learn and participate in an unconference to share expertise.
