DESCRIPTION:
Kate will provide an overview of several social-emotional learning topics including: Reconnect, Rediscover the Road to Resilience: Supporting Students in and after the Covid Pandemic, Educator Wellness: Vicarious Trauma, Using Mindfulness Practice Strategies to Improve Learning, and components from Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model in Education. Staff will then be surveyed to indicate where further training is desired during the next school year.
