Teaching Wind Energy with Wind Experiment Kits
This workshop will provide K-12 science teachers with all the tools needed to teach an exciting module on wind energy. Participating teachers will: Learn to explain basic concepts of wind and wind energy Learn how to construct and demonstrate wind energy kits Learn experiments and curriculum utilizing the wind experiment kits Make STEM connections Take a field trip to Cardinal Point Wind Farm.
