January 17

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

ROE26

Michele Carmichael, one of the leading experts on trauma in the state, is offering this 3-day professional learning experience is to individuals who have been identified by their districts to lead culture and climate transformation. Transformational training and coaching are pivotal tools for establishing and maintaining the trusting and collaborative environment required for today’s high need and rapidly changing educational culture. The individuals chosen for this role should have effective classroom management with a supportive relational approach and should exemplify a coaching growth mindset. In addition, they have the respect of their peers who are then willing to listen and experiment with new practices and procedures. Along with attending the 3 days of face-to-face training, they will be able to access monthly office hours for group and individual consultation regarding specific culture or climate issues. Lunch will be in your own for each session.
