The Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Western Illinois University released its Summer 2018 Schedule. The schedule includes graduate offerings in literacy education, social studies education, and special education. All of the courses for this summer are online offerings.
The Literacy Education, Elementary Curriculum, and Early Childhood Education Areas of Specialization in the Curriculum and Instruction Graduate Degree Program are entirely online. The Special Education Graduate Program is also entirely online. The Reading Program, through which teachers can earn either the Reading Teacher or Reading Specialist endorsement, is mostly online.
