• Schools that implement trauma informed practices create environments where all students can feel safe, welcome and a sense of belonging. Staff will engage in two professional development sessions focused on teaching trauma informed strategies. They will then be observed in their classrooms for implementation of the strategies and offered time to consult on any challenges.
