DESCRIPTION:
This Administrator Academy is designed for educational leaders to reflect on and develop individual and group leadership within school contexts.
This Administrator Academy will use a book study approach to frame reflection, discussions, and planning. Participation gives leaders:
a framework in which to reflect upon and develop school and team leadership.
opportunities to grow as a leadership team.
The learning experience will occur throughout the academic year with opportunities to reflect individually as well as opportunities to reflect and discuss with other school leaders.
Participants will choose a book from the Course Materials list to use during the book study.
