DESCRIPTION: 

• This Administrator Academy is designed for educational leaders to reflect on and develop individual and group leadership within school contexts. 

• This Administrator Academy will use a book study approach to frame reflection, discussions, and planning. Participation gives leaders:

  • a framework in which to reflect upon and develop school and team leadership.

  • opportunities to grow as a leadership team.

• The learning experience will occur throughout the academic year with opportunities to reflect individually as well as opportunities to reflect and discuss with other school leaders. 

• Participants will choose a book from the Course Materials list to use during the book study.
