How Does This Exist Around Me? Examining Our Own Commitment to Racial Justice Workshop #4

March 3

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

First Christian Church, 120 N. McArthur St., Macomb

5 Workshop Series on Racial Justice:

None of us has the racial system within which we live figured out, making our commitment to racial justice all the more suspect. If you are White, it can be even harder to see one’s race and the influence it has on those around you. This workshop series is designed for you to begin an exploration of your commitment to racial justice.

Each workshop is designed to be interactive and participants can expect to leave each workshop with tools to consider when working toward racial justice.

This workshop will include: Learning about commonly overlooked systems/history/experiences around us all of the time in order to expand and deepen our understanding.

Attend one, two, or all five workshops— whatever fits your schedule! By completing all five workshops, you will earn a certificate of recognition from First Christian Church.

Everyone is welcome! Register using the Workshop Series on Racial Justice Registration Form
