Eligible Applicants

Public school districts, Regional Offices of Education, Community College Districts, and public university laboratory schools approved by the State Board of Education are eligible to apply for either or both programs. Joint applications for funds may be submitted. However, in each case an administrative agent must be designated and the joint proposal must have the signature of each superintendents or the official authorized to submit the proposal.
