2018 Super Brain Summit
The theme for this year’s 3rd Annual Super Brain Summit is Change Your Brain, Change Your Life: Understanding Trauma” and features two distinguished speakers in the trauma field.
Dr. Daniel G. Amen, MD is a double board-certified psychiatrist, professor and ten-time New York Times bestselling author. He will be our guest in person and speak on PTSD, ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Memory Consolidation.
Dr. Bessel van de Kolk, MD is a Boston-based psychiatrist noted for his research in the area of PTSD. His work focuses on the interaction of attachment, neurobiology and developmental aspects of trauma effects on people. He is to the author of the best-selling book, The Body Keeps Score: Brain, Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma.
Participants can elect to participate in three different ways:
*At Bradley University in the Hayden-Clark Alumni Center
*Via Live WebEx streaming video from your computer
*Via recorded sessions available for viewing by the end of March, 2018.
