ROE26 is excited to announce that we are partnering with ROE #33 in an Adult Education program.
On November 7, we will begin an Adult Basic Education (ABE)/GED course in Carthage at our ROYALS site.
o This is in conjunction with a ROE #33 grant which was written to cover ABE in ten counties.
o Participants in this program must be at least 17 years old.
o The class will meet from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
o Students will graduate with a high school equivalency certificate
o Please help spread the word to potential students in the area.
o Potential students should contact Carey Thacker at 309-715-7314 for registration information.
(Note: Our border, for the most part, follows Carl Sandburg College's border. Therefore we may not be able to serve all SE residents. They may be sent to an Adams County site.)
