The McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee is seeking nominations for exceptional volunteer service within McDonough County

The McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee (CQLAC) is seeking nominations for retired educators (K-12) residing within McDonough County, and who have voluntarily continued to share their gifts with school aged children during the past year.

Nominations are now being accepted from either residents or persons working in McDonough County, who believe a retired educator should be recognized for their volunteer service to our children.

Nominations should be one page in length and include the nominee’s full name, address and phone number. Nominators please include your name, address, and telephone number for verification.

Deadline to submit nominations: July 28, 2017

The awards ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 4:30 pm to 6 pm at the Wesley Village Community Center, 1200 East Grant Street, Macomb, Illinois. Light refreshments will be served. Cash bar will be available.
